I feel this topic deserves more attention. What’s going through your mind?
When I fail in anything or fall short of my goal, I ask this question to myself, what’s going through your mind?
Am I focused on my goal, or my attention is diverted to something else?
If the mind is focused on the goal, there is no thing that can stop you from achieving your goal. No matter what obstacles you face on your path, you are bound to achieve your goal.
If the life is not going your way, ask yourself this question, what’s going through your mind?
Are you positive about your goals or the success that you are determined to achieve, or something else has captured your mind?
The biggest strength of a human is self-reflection. When you can see through your mind, you can know what to expect in the outside world.
When your mind has an absolute clarity about what you really want in your life, you are determined to achieve your goal.
The problem always lies in you and so does the solution. Just remove the problems from your life, and the solution comes to the surface.
Don’t be the victims of life rather take control of your life and start making corrections with it. I can assure you we all have our flaws and more correction we make into our day to day lives, more strength we generate from within.
You have to be aware of your inner activity. Your inner activities create your outside activities. It’s your inner life that attracts your outside life.
If you feel weak or lose hope, be aware of your inner world. Simply become an observer of your inner world. When you become aware of the life within, you figure out the correlation with the life that exists outside.
The life as a whole can be best understood by living inside out.
When you become aware of your inner world, you notice the subtle flaws which otherwise gets ignored. These are the little flaws that make our lives miserable. These are the flaws that pull us down. When we correct our inner flaws, the joy and happiness flows through our lives.
Remember as pain and suffering seems an endless process, so does the flow of joy and happiness. All you have to do is, remove the obstacles of pain and suffering.
Look inside, and you will realize what’s your mind is thinking all the time.

You want to go to the east, but your mind is thinking about the west. There is a contradiction in your life. These contradictions will not allow you to live full-fledged life.
Your body, mind and your goal should follow in order. If everything flows in one direction, you can achieve whatever you want in life. If your goal is something else, and your mind wanders in a different direction then you only experience obstacles on your path.
The outside life is full of attraction. The mind gets caught up into everyday attraction.
When you become aware of your mind, you also notice where the mind gets distracted.
As soon as you become aware of your distraction, you can bring it back to your goal. This requires practice and it needs to be done over and over again.
The mind will deviate, but your awareness will bring it back on the path.
With the awareness, you will notice what’s really important in your life, and what are the thing that is simply draining your energy?
The mind thinks unnecessary thoughts, if you are unaware of it. The problem with the unnecessary thoughts is that it eats up your time and energy. Not only that, it also distract you from your goals and purpose of life.
When you become aware of what goes into your mind, you develop a certain amount of clarity in your life. You become sure of what you really want, and you direct all your energy to it.
The problems and situations are part and parcel of life. If you are not practicing self-awareness it becomes easy to get carried away in the moment and drift away from the real purpose of life. At the same time, when you are aware in the moment, no matter what the situation shows up, you keep your focus on the path, and keep moving forward in your life.

Life always comes with a clue to take things forward. When you live with the awareness in the moment, you pick the clue and take life forward. Every day is an opportunity to make most out of it. Every day carries its joy with it. If you are present in the moment, you can pick your joy and expand it into your whole day.
You can only do justice to the day, if you express yourself to your full potential. If part of you is indulge into some waste less desire you will never give your hundred percent to life.
I have realized over the time that it’s me who fall short of life. All the improvement and correction is needed in me. I have to take responsibility of my life and should work on the self to make necessary corrections to take life forward.
Life can move in a repeated circle if you don’t become conscious of it. Your awareness in the moment serves you to take a leap in your life.
Stay aware of your inner world and at the same time; take care of the outside activities. Don’t allow anything that doesn’t serve you to go inside and be very careful with your every choice and decisions of your life.
More you keep your mind clean and stay aware of it, better you will have the outside experiences of life. It all comes down to the awareness that you hold in the moment and what you allow and negate in your day to day life. These are the small things on everyday basis that defines your life in the longer term.
