If one thing that you ever want after receiving everything in your life, is peace of mind. You may have whatever you wish into your life, but if you don’t have a peace of mind, it doesn’t hold any meaning into your life.
On the other hand, if you have a peaceful mind in the first place, you can anytime build the life of your choice.
Sooner or later, everyone find the need of this peace of mind. Many times we run after chasing different things, but the time comes, where we are ready to pay any price for this little peace of mind.
To attain peace of mind forever, you have to go through the process. You have to transcend yourself into a different human being. Your whole life should be designed in such a way, where no matter what kind of experiences you go through, you still can hold onto your peace of mind.
Everyday life comes with its challenges. You have to prepare yourself in a way, whereby going through all those challenges of life, you can still experience your peace of mind.
Is it possible?
Yes. It’s possible, but before you experience it for yourself, you have to go through the process.
The meditation is a wonderful tool to experience peace of mind, but its effect remains for a shorter period of time. You can practice it on every day basis and it works as a miracle, but given the condition that we have on everyday basis, along with meditation you need to make those drastic changes to your everyday life.
When you practice meditation, you become mindful of your life. You start observing life that is happening both inside as well as outside.
When you say you want peace of mind, you don’t understand that your mind is already peaceful. All you need to do is remove the baggage from your day to day life that adds chaos to your mind. Your mind is already like a clean flowing river. You have to check, what you add on a daily basis to pollute that river.
The process of mindfulness is very important. You have to observe what are things that disturb your peace of mind on everyday basis?
Slowly try to detach yourself from those aspects of life. The process of mindfulness on everyday basis connects you with the cause that disturbs your peace of mind. Once you figure out the cause you can easily detach yourself from the cause to experience the peace of mind.
Our lives are our making. We can build our lives out of our daily choice. Once we have clarity of what we are looking out of life, we can consciously move our life in the desired direction.
I have firsthand experience of it. The time I started craving for peace and sanity, I started detaching myself from all those things that was not really serving the purpose in my life. The things that called for conflict, I simply detached myself from it.
Also I have started making conscious choices to join the group that was looking for the similar interests like mine.
The meditation was certainly played a huge role in my daily routine, but along with the meditation, I also started making those little changes that added more peace to my life.
If you have more desires, you have to run harder to fulfill those desires. If you are satisfied with your life, you also make choices at your personal and professional front that add more peace to your life.
Either you want to be right or you want to be happy is your choice. If you want to be happy, you have to drop the idea of right, and make more choices in your life that keeps you happy.
If you observe your life closely, you will notice that you are already happy. Your intrinsic nature is always happy. You will never find any child to be sad. The only thing that adds sadness to your life is your over-thinking.
You are never present with the life that is happening in the moment. The mind is always into the past or running into the future. This way you can never catch up with life. The peace of mind already exists in the moment. All you have to do is connect with the moment.
It’s just that you have to pick up the things that make you sad and keep yourself distance from it.
You have to have clarity of what you want in your life. Then you can easily change the direction of your life.
Our life is a process. No matter what you want in life you have to connect with the process. Once you are part of the process, you can easily flow through the process of life. All the necessary changes are required to connect with the process.
To have a happy, healthy and peaceful state of mind you have to take care of your body and mind. In your top most priorities, the body and mind should be in the first place.
If you don’t have a peace of mind, you can look into your daily priorities, and see how much time you devote to your body and mind.
Your body and mind is the cause and everything that you experience around it is an effect. If you keep your body and mind to the prime stage, you can only have the blissful experiences in your life. Now this is not a rocket science. It’s a simple law of cause and effect.
We have also heard about the laws of attraction in Rhonda Byrne’s book, “The Secret”. The laws of attraction are also governed by the same principle. As per the laws of attraction you attract everything into your life. Your body and mind attracts everything to you. The more you take care of your body and mind; the better will be your experiences in life.
The peace of mind is just one aspect of the mind. You can also have blissful experience all your life, if you can take care of your mind and consciously choose every aspect of your life.
