Create the Daily Core List to Focus and Act Upon

The mind is highly volatile. It needs some chart to focus and act upon. If you don’t give anything to your mind, the present situations and events of your life hold enough power to keep your mind engaged and divert it into a different direction.

If you really want to achieve something in your life, you have to have a written list for your mind. There should be a daily task, that you have to focus and act upon.

When you keep your mind in-active, it has many things to ponder over. It doesn’t even wait for your permission and start pondering over in all the different direction. Remember it’s your mind that creates your life.

When you prepare your core list for the day, you can keep your mind on the list, and act upon the things that hold prime importance for you. The mind is not something that you can control, but you can certainly direct the mind, in the direction of your choice.

Thinking and imagining things is a natural course for the mind, but when you have your core list, you consciously direct your mind towards it. Thinking still happens but now all the thinking and imagination happens around your core list. You think and imagine to get your core priorities done.

Its always too many things confuse the mind. When you prepare your core list, you bring your mind to this day. Even from the list, you only have one task to do at the moment, and thus you bring your mind to that one task, that is important to you at the moment. Single-task or Multi-tasking from psychological and Spiritual perspective.

Its easier to get the things done, when your mind is completely focused on one task.

The productivity of the mind improves if you have absolute clarity of what you want in life. When you live with your core list every day, you are absolutely sure of, what you want on this day. You always know where you have spend your whole day, and what are the actual things that hold real importance in your life.

When you are clear about your priorities, its easier to drop the things that are no longer important and bring your attention to the things, that are part of the priority list at the moment.

The mind likes to dwell on unnecessary things. It can engage itself into petty things. When at the start of the day, you give the to-do list to the mind to follow, no time remains for the mind to dwell on to unnecessary things and you can make most of your mind.

Life happens in the mind and with the mind. Its only in the mind you think thoughts, and contemplate your action plans.

Your daily core list is nothing but the path for your mind. You give a straight path to your mind to follow. Usually, the mind likes to follow its own path and wants to dwell in all the different direction. So the first thing you face when you give straight path to the mind is resistance.

The mind never likes a straight path and wants to go in a different direction. The daily core list allows you to develop focus to the mind and direct it in a particular direction.

Whether it’s your health, relationships, finance, religion or spirituality, put it on your to-do list and ask your mind to follow. No sooner it will become part of your daily habits, and you will excel in all the different areas of your life.

In every area of life, you need clarity. You need to know what you want out of life. When you plan and schedule your life in advance and devote conscious time to every aspect of life, you develop clarity in life. How to develop Clarity with Life?

See, when you simply jump to any task without any planning, its hard to put your mind to that task. When you consciously plan your day in advance, you simultaneously prepare your mind for it. Later when the time comes to act in the moment, you receive full support from your body and mind.

Nowhere I suggest that you don’t fail with your to-do list. Because it may happen that you have planned everything in advance, and even stick to your schedule, but at the end of the day, you have to deal with the outside situations and people around you.

Not necessary, you receive the same amount of commitment from everyone around you. But still, one thing is certain that if you stay committed to your daily core list, you simply increase your chances of success with each passing day.

The best thing about the mind is, when it’s absolutely present in the moment, it becomes highly effective and pick more important things, which usually gets avoided when the attention of the mind is divided into different directions.

Your daily core list keeps the mind in check all the time. Whenever your mind wanders in a different direction, you can always bring it back to the moment.

Many people want to experience the present moment but they fail to do so. They want to control the mind, but they don’t try to understand the nature of the mind.

See you cannot stop the thinking of your mind, but you can certainly direct your thoughts as per your choice. When you guide the mind in the direction of your choice, somewhere you hold control over your mind.

At this point, you realize that you are different from your mind. To direct the mind and to develop enough control over your mind, you have to understand that you are separate from your mind.

The body and mind is for your utility purpose and you are separate from your body and mind. When you understand this fact, you can not only hold control over your mind, but you can also experience life that is happening in the moment.

When you attach yourself to everything that goes into your body and mind, you separate yourself from the present reality that is happening in the moment. It’s only when you realize that you are separate from the body and mind, you experience the life that is happening in the moment.

Too many things go in the mind all the time. Every day you have too many things to be done, but at the end of the day, there are very few things that you are really able to accomplish.

That means, there is a lack of understanding and judgement. You expect to complete lot many things in a day, but when the day gets completed you achieve very little.

When you start preparing your daily core list, and consciously act upon it, you will realize the true capacity of your body and mind. Most of the time, we live in an illusion. We offer very little to life and expect too much from it.
