Life is in this moment. If you want a solution, hold yourself at the moment. The solution exists in this moment, but the mind and body want to run away from the moment and move into the future for the solution.
It’s hard to hold yourself in the moment. The moment is pure life without any filter. When you are wandering into the past or the future with your body and mind, you are chasing your own tail.

It’s not just that we go on expanding our stories, but the thing is, we are unaware of the stories created by our mind. When you are unaware of the things of your mind, everything you do in your life comes out of unconsciousness.
Your mind produces thoughts, and you simply follow those thoughts. When you develop a habit of observing life, you don’t follow your thought patterns, rather you see the life that is happening in the moment.
You don’t remain the slave of your mind, rather you consciously direct your body and mind, in the direction of your choice.
The truth exists at the moment. When you become an observer of life, you don’t live in your mind, rather you pull yourself out of the mind. You connect with the present reality.
It’s only the moment that gives you the clarity. Once you receive the clarity, you can choose how to proceed with your life. Most of us have no idea where we are heading in our lives. Life appears complete mess in all of us. We have no clarity about life. Life is driven unconsciously for most of us.
All the experiences and impressions are stored from outside, and the same memories drive our life. All your thinking and imagination is nothing more than the impressions of the outside life.
When you hold yourself at the moment, you receive clarity of life. Most of us are impatient and want to run away from the moment. The body and mind don’t support you to be at the moment. It keeps you moving all the time.
The practice of observing life, allows you to develop control over your body and mind. When you learn to hold yourself at the moment, you rise above from the clutches of your body and mind.
When you observe, you don’t run, rather you walk. You observe everything that is happening at the moment. Your focus remains on the path. When you walk, you are bound to reach the destination. But when you observe everything that is happening at the moment, you always find the way to take things forward.
The practice of observing life never allows you to get caught up in the moment. When you observe, you see more in the moment. All your thinking and imagination doesn’t allow you to see in the moment.
When you observe, you respond to life. Your response comes according to the need of the moment. You don’t respond according to the idea of your mind, rather you serve the need of the moment.

Life has its own way to unfold. When you become an observer of life, you see the natural patterns of life.
The mind has a habit to remain engaged all the time. When you observe, your mind remains free from all the clutters of the past and the future and stay present in the moment.
You feel caught up in the moment when you don’t see the solution for your problem. When you allow the life to happen on its own, all the solution to your problem comes to the surface.

There is a right time of manifesting things. When you understand the process of life, you don’t hurry with life rather you follow the natural process of life, and allow the life to manifest on its own.
